Are your cowhide rugs genuine?

Yes — every rug we sell is 100% genuine Brazilian cowhide: hair-on, full grain, with a smooth leather backing. We never sell printed or synthetic imitations.

Will my rug look exactly like the photo?

Cowhide is a natural material, so every hide has its own markings. The rug you receive will match the color family and pattern style shown, with its own unique character — that's the beauty of the real thing. Want the exact hide in the photo? DM us on Instagram to reserve it.

What sizes do cowhide rugs come in?

Natural hides aren't cut to standard rug sizes, so dimensions vary hide to hide. Most of our rugs fall in the generous 6 × 7 ft range, and XL hides run about 6–7 ft × 8+ ft. Where a size is known, it's listed on the product page; for any other hide, DM us and we'll measure it for you.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free anywhere in the USA. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days.

What is your return policy?

How do I care for a cowhide rug?

Vacuum in the direction of the hair on a low setting, blot spills right away, and keep the rug out of prolonged direct sunlight. Full details are in our Cowhide Rug Care Guide.
