• Orders ship within 1–3 business days, carefully rolled and packed to protect the hide.
• Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipping.
• Local pickup is always free at our weekend sidewalk sale: Saturday–Sunday 10am–7pm, 1249 S La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90035.

Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Rugs should be returned in their original condition — uncut, unaltered, and free of stains or damage beyond trying the rug in your space.
• To start a return, message us on Instagram @mrcowhides or call +1 (310) 272-9156 and we'll guide you through the steps.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the rug is received and inspected.

A note on natural variation

Every cowhide is a natural, one-of-a-kind piece. Markings, tone, and exact dimensions vary from hide to hide — this variation is the character of genuine cowhide, not a defect. If you'd like extra photos of a specific hide before ordering, just ask.
