Products

All rugs sold by Mr Cowhides are genuine natural cowhide. Because each hide is a natural product, markings, coloring, tone, shape, and exact dimensions vary from piece to piece. Product photos represent the pattern style and color family of the hide offered; natural variation is inherent to the material and is not a defect.

Orders & payment

Orders are placed through secure Stripe payment links. An order is confirmed once payment is completed. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a hide becomes unavailable.

Shipping & returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy: free USA shipping and returns within 30 days, subject to the conditions described there.

In-person sales

Hides purchased at our weekend sidewalk sale (1249 S La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles) may be exchanged in person within 30 days with proof of purchase, subject to the same condition requirements as online returns.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr Cowhides' liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
